Follow this list to discover and track stocks with the highest net cash balances. To calculate net cash, we subtract current liabilities from cash and cash equivalents. Companies with large cash balances tend to be more robust during times of economic uncertainty and are able to continue to finance their growth by reinvesting in their businesses and generating greater ROI.
The list includes stocks priced at $5 or more with a three-month average daily trading volume in excess of 200,000 shares. This list is generated daily and sorted by market cap; the gains are based on the latest closing price and limited to the top 30 stocks that meet the criteria.
